Cancellation Policy
I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations less then 24 hours of scheduled appointment. Cancellations: - All appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the following: - Your deposit will be credited to your next appointment within one week. - If you do not cancel exactly 24 hours in advance, a new deposit will be required to rebook, and you will be charged 100% of the total service booked. Rescheduling: - Rescheduling must be done at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment. If rescheduling occurs within 2 hours, a fee of 50% of the appointment cost will apply. No Call No Show: - A 'No-Show' will result in being discharged from future bookings and will incur a charge of the full price of the scheduled service before you can book again .
